My partner and I visited Ruthin Castle for afternoon tea and a couples spa afternoon. The dining room for afternoon tea was beautiful and the staff exceptional. However, the spa area was hugely disappointing. It felt tired and shabby and is in dire need of modernisation and a good clean.
