Dr. Fausto J Castillo was born in Granada, Nicaragua. For three years during his adolescence, he lived in Los Angeles and gained exposure to American culture. Later, he returned to Nicaragua where he attended medical school at the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de Nicaragua. After graduating medical school, he obtained an international Master Dr. Castillo completed an intensive three-year specialty training and earned her certificate of specialty in Periodontology at NYU's prestigious Ashman Department of Periodontics and Implant Dentistry. She lectures nationally to colleagues on Periodontics and Implant dentistry.
