With MX™ QuickBooks Sync, you now have the freedom to choose your processor, saving hundreds of dollars in processing fees, and you have the convenience of accessing all of your daily data when logging into QuickBooks Online. MX™ QuickBooks Sync may be activated through MX™ Merchant just like our other Apps in the Apps section. Download the QuickBooks Desktop sync dashboard (~1.2 MB) Open the .exe file. Select Next. Select the drive that the QuickBooks program is installed on. Select Install. Select Next to confirm installation completion. A shortcut will be created on your desktop. QuickBooks program installed on Server or Hosted Server. Tap and pull the page down to quickly refresh the data in the list with your latest changes from QuickBooks. If this doesn't work, you can resync the QuickBooks data on your device (this might take a few minutes). You must be connected to your carrier's network or a Wi-Fi network to sync data between QuickBooks and QuickBooks for Windows - Mobile Companion. After sync finishes, return to QuickBooks Mobile. You should now be able to see your data. Go to QuickBooks on your PC and choose Online Services > Launch Intuit Sync Manager to open the Sync Manager window. Disable the company file and minimize the window. Choose Help > Manage Data Sync > Reset Intuit Sync Manager. All you need to do is tap and to refresh the data. You should then see your latest changes. If you still don't see your latest data, you can refresh the QuickBooks Online data on your device, which might take a few minutes. To do so, tap the > > .
