Description. Grevillea baueri is a low, spreading to erect shrub that typically grows to a height of up to 0.3-1.5 m (1 ft 0 in - 4 ft 11 in). Its leaves are simple, oblong to egg-shaped, 10-30 mm (0.39-1.18 in) long and 3-15 mm (0.12-0.59 in) wide with the edges turned down or rolled under, the lower surface more or less glabrous. Botanical Name - Grevillea baueri. Common Name - Bauer's Grevillea. Position - Full sun to a little shade. Soil - Well drained. Height - To around 1 metres, sometimes taller. Spread - To around 2.5 metres. Flowers - White turning to pink. Flowering Time - Winter to spring. Foliage - Mid green, oblong shaped and dense growth Grevillea baueri is a low-growing shrub which is endemic to the coastal ranges of south-eastern New South Wales in Australia. It usually grows up to 1 metre in height and 2 metres in width.Flowers are produced in late winter and spring. These have a red perianth with a cream tip and a green-tipped red style.
