Dolgeville is a village in Herkimer and Fulton counties, New York, United States.The population was 2,206 at the 2010 census. The village is named after the industrialist Alfred Dolge.. The village is mostly in the eastern part of the town of Manheim (Herkimer County), but is partly in the western edge of the town of Oppenheim (Fulton County). Dolgeville is east of Utica. The Village of Dolgeville is located a short distance to the north of Little Falls in Herkimer County. The structures of the Daniel Green Factory Complex are located partly on the Herkimer side of the East Canada Creek which flows past the village and partly on the Fulton County Side.
