Burton "Gus" Guster (b. December 1977), also known by numerous other aliases, is the deuteragonist of Psych and the best friend and crime-solving partner of the protagonistic psychic detective Shawn Spencer. He is portrayed by Dulé Hill. Julien Hill (S1E2 "Spellingg Bee"), Isaah Brown (Season 1) and Carlos McCullers II (Seasons 2-6) play him in flashbacks to his youth.
