I look for a distinctly balanced tamarind flavor with sweet, sour notes, balanced by the heat offered by my indicated spice level, and noodles with some char. Bonus points for lime wedge and bean sprouts, but most places have been cutting corners by omitting the lime (disappointing), and Chada Thai is a good pick if you're in the mood for some spicy cuisine. Visit for dinner and indulge in some satay, which comes with seasoned skewers of tofu, pork or chicken, grilled and served with peanut sauce and some salad.
