As far as I know there's only 2 Darklords that escaped: Vecna and Lord Soth. Vecna had created fail-safes on the Prime Material Plane and stole the divinity of a god to break out of his domain. Target Darklord Ukoback with Diviner, and then Dark Contact Ukoback to get Chaos Ruler, The Chaotic Magical Dragon out fast.
