James McNerney, Jr., retired Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of The Boeing Company, as a Senior Advisor to the CD&R funds to assist in identifying and evaluating new investment opportunities, as well as driving value creation strategies at the CD&R funds' portfolio companies. W. James (Jim) McNerney Jr. joined Boeing as chairman, president and CEO on July 1, 2005. He served as president until December 2013, CEO until July 2015 and chairman until March 2016.
