Highmaul is a raid instance introduced in the World of Warcraft: Warlords of Draenor expansion. The raid is available in the following difficulties and sizes: Mythic mode, the hardest difficulty in the game (availably only in 20-man size). The raid is part of Tier 17, in terms of PvE progression. Normal and Heroic mode were released on the 2nd Highmaul Raid (the Ogre mission): 2x Timed Battle, Deadly Minions, Massive Strike, Minion Swarms, Magic Debuff. Highmaul Raid (the Gronn mission): 2x Group Damage, Danger Zones, Wild Aggression, Minion Swarms, Magic Debuff. Each mission actually has 4 variants with different reward levels depending on your main character's raid progression (see Highmaul is the capital of the Gorian Empire and a raid instance introduced in Warlords of Draenor which opened on December 2, 2014. It features 7 bosses,[1] and serves as the first raid of the expansion. The entrance is in western Nagrand. It is ogre-themed, showing them at the height of their civilization. The layout of the instance is nonlinear, allowing groups to select their own path of Highmaul Raid Schedule Highmaul will have a staggered raid release, with the last wing of LFR opening in January 2015. All four difficulties are on separate lockouts, including Normal and Heroic. You cannot queue for one wing only in Normal, Heroic, or Mythic. Heroic will not require a clear of Normal to unlock.
