I have been holding off writing a review as I have 2 formal complaints - one with the hotel and one with the travel company I booked with however, the hotel are not responding to me despite 6 emails since returning home at the beginning of September. A well themed hotel, definitely built and themed in line with to the standards of the main Portaventura park, this time of year is busy, however as the park is open till 11 you can go and enjoy the last few hours where the rides range from 0-20 mins depending on the day. Stayed here with my adult son, room was nice & clean, although furniture is a bit dark. Hotel is very close to theme parks, just a short walk Breakfast had plenty of variety and food was very fresh. had lunch here one day & it was poor quality, glad I didn't have the full board. soft drinks were expensive at €3.80 for a glass of sprite.
